The right fender to hood curve was not correct. At some point, the right front of the car had been damaged and the right fender replaced. The right inner fender was very wavy with the leftover evidence from the collision. Here we've cut the inner fender, widened the gap and arched the fender profile and re-welded it. The fender top now has a profile matching that of the left. The header panel (at the grille mounting surface) was pushed in. We've had the leaf springs re-arched and now they'll be blasted and powdercoated for a long life. The first round of blocking takes place. There are still many rounds to go.
