![]() The firewall is being smoothed for a better appearance and to help insulate the interior from road noise and engine heat. ![]() The Chevelle body is on a rotisserie which allows it to be rotated 360°. ![]() A new trunk pan replaced the old one. ![]() Then a new one-piece floor was installed. ![]() Here the frame is ready for the suspension to be added. ![]() The interior was sprayed with a textured material that is very durable and also contributes to a quiet interior. ![]() The trunk was also coated with sound deadening material. ![]() The Ford 9" rear and Hotchkis suspension components have been installed. ![]() Baer brakes ride inside 18" billet wheels. ![]() The firewall was smoothed and painted PPG Hot Red.
