Follow along as we go through the reconstruction of this 1967 Chevelle!

The firewall is being smoothed for a better appearance and to help insulate
the interior from road noise and engine heat.

The Chevelle body is on a rotisserie which allows it to be rotated 360°.

A new trunk pan replaced the old one.

Then a new one-piece floor was installed.

Here the frame is ready for the suspension to be added.

The interior was sprayed with a textured material that is very durable
and also contributes to a quiet interior.

The trunk was also coated with sound deadening material.

The Ford 9" rear and Hotchkis suspension components have been installed.

Baer brakes ride inside 18" billet wheels.

The firewall was smoothed and painted PPG Hot Red.
